Dr. Fred Lewin is the clinic director of Mission Health and Wellness. He has been married to Karise since 1985, and they have 5 five children and five grandchildren.
Dr. Fred has been passionate about health and wellness since the 1970s. He attended Life College, where he graduated in 1981 with a degree in Chiropractic. Karise became a massage therapist, and they work together in Westminster, CO.
Dr. Fred has taken postgraduate training in; blood chemistry analysis, functional endocrinology, neurotransmitters, and the brain, neuroimmunology, and acupuncture.
He became an instructor in Spinal Reflex Therapy in 2014, a certified Postural Neurologist in 2018. In 2019 he became a Health Coach through Ben Greenfield Fitness.
He and Karise and their little dog Lexie, enjoy hiking in the Colorado Mountains. In his spare time, Dr. Fred trains in Martial Arts and is an avid guitar player.
